Job summary

Ryan is seeking a skilled HCM Solutions Architect to join our People Technology team. You will drive the Workday roadmap, architect scalable HCM solutions, and collaborate with Finance and IT to meet business needs. Strong focus on AI, security, and governance within Workday is required.

You will design, implement, and maintain Workday configurations and related solutions, shaping the future of our HRIS landscape while mentoring teammates and aligning with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of HRIS experience, specialized in Workday HCM modules and reporting.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and implementation.
• Experience as a solution architect on at least one full life-cycle Workday HCM implementation.
• Experience building scalable AI solutions with Workday or related tech.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders and translate complex needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead design decisions and ensure technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise design.
• Oversee end-to-end Workday configurations, testing, and data integrity.
• Drive architecture roadmap including Agentic AI capabilities and Extend-Pro features.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and People groups to optimize Workday integrations and data flows.
