Job summary

Wonder, a mealtime platform, is seeking a Senior Manager of HR Technology to own and evolve the People Technology Platform. You will architect Workday configurations, build AI-enabled experiences, and drive integrations and automation across payroll, benefits, and lifecycle processes.

You will lead high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment, partnering with HR and engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions. Hybrid in-office collaboration is required in New York.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or related platform roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday across multiple modules.
• Experience beyond configuration including integrations, APIs, automation, or system design.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend, Prism, or similar platform technologies.
• Understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and system architecture concepts.
• Strong experience with business process design, data models, and reporting and analytics.
• Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex solutions end-to-end.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced, or transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the People Technology Platform: architect, configure, and optimize Workday as the core system.
• Build scalable, AI-enabled experiences and automation to reduce manual work.
• Design integrations between Workday and payroll, benefits, and workforce tools.
• Operate with a platform mindset, delivering reusable, scalable solutions.
• Drive transformation including M&A integrations and large-scale implementations.
• Partner to shape an AI-first People Experience using Workday AI and emerging tech.
