We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Solutions Architect to join our People Technology team.
In this role, you will be responsible for forward looking HCM Roadmap and influence the technology stack through your end-to-end expertise. You will also drive our optimization efforts through your domain and technology expertise. The responsibility for this role includes the design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday and related solutions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with the People Group, and other stakeholders, including Finance and IT to ensure our Workday platform and related HCM solutions meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have an expert level understanding of Workday and other HCM solutions’ cross-functional complexities, security, configurations, and best practices, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. This role is expected to influence, collaborate and develop best in class solutions. This role will also be responsible for identifying AI and automation solutions to help us scale and provide a seamless and frictionless experience to team members
This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days a week in our Plano office.
Serve as a strategic advisor to our People Group and other Stakeholders, translating complex business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions leveraging Workday and other related technologies.
Partner with stakeholders to define problem statements, assess business impact, and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business priorities.
Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive employee information. Ensure the HRIS complies with data privacy regulations and policies, in collaboration with the organization’s IT and legal teams. Ensure Workday architecture, configurations, and change management processes are prepared to meet SOX compliance and audit standards, partnering closely with internal audit, InfoSec, and compliance teams. Enable secure and compliant innovation by champion governance practices that balance flexibility with control across the Workday ecosystem.
Pro-Certifications in Workday. Hands on experience with Extend-Pro and PRISM.
Valid driver’s license required.
Standard indoor office environment. Long periods of sitting while working at computer. Occasional long periods of standing. Must be able to lift, carry, push or pull up to 30 lbs. Position requires regular interaction with employees and vendors both in person and via e-mail and telephone. Independent travel requirement: Less than 10%.
