Wonder is seeking a senior-level individual contributor to join our People Tech team as Manager, HR Technology. This role centers on being a Workday expert, solving complex problems, and driving scalable, AI-enabled experiences within a fast-growing environment.

You will own the People Technology Platform, design integrations, and shape the AI-first HR ecosystem with a focus on performance and data integrity in a hybrid work model in New York.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, People Systems, or related platform roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday across multiple modules.
• Experience beyond configuration including integrations, APIs, automation, or system design.
• Familiarity with tools and capabilities such as Workday Extend, Prism, or similar platform technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the People Technology Platform: architecture, configuration, and performance of Workday as the core of the People Technology ecosystem.
• Build AI-Enabled Experiences & Automation: design intelligent automation to reduce manual work and scale across People Operations; leverage AI to enhance employee experiences.
• Platform Engineering & System Design: build reusable, scalable solutions; optimize business processes for performance, scalability, compliance, and simplicity; ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Integrations, APIs & Connectivity: design, build, and optimize integrations between Workday and external systems using APIs and middleware; ensure data flow across payroll, benefits, and workforce tools.
• Drive Transformation & Scale: contribute to major initiatives including M&A integrations, system implementations, and organizational scaling; evolve to an AI-enabled HR tech platform.
