Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Director of Workday Solutions to lead product strategy and roadmap execution for HR tech on the Workday platform. You will partner with HR executives and IT to deliver scalable, AI-enabled Workday experiences that improve employee and manager outcomes.

You will drive governance, data security, and continuous improvement while mentoring a team of solution architects and analysts in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Workday HR technologies and modules.
• Experience leading HR technology programs and roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration with HR and IT leadership on technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, roadmap, and strategy for core Workday HR tech including HCM, Rewards, Talent, Time, and reporting.
• Collaborate on long-term technology strategy aligned with business growth and HR priorities.
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions to improve outcomes.
• Embed AI and automation within Workday to enable intelligent workflows and self-service.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of Workday AI capabilities to elevate experience and ops.
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
