Job summary

Vista Care is seeking an HRIS Scheduling Manager to oversee residential staff scheduling, onboarding, and workforce coordination. This role reports to Human Resources and the Program Development Manager, ensuring full shift coverage and compliant hours for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Primary responsibilities include maintaining long-range schedules, overseeing onboarding, and supporting payroll accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year managing or overseeing 20+ staff.
• 1+ year in residential direct support or with developmental disabilities.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace and UKG HRIS scheduling.
• Strong writing, feedback, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to complete E-Verify and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain schedules 8+ weeks out in HRIS; manage trades and PTO.
• Monitor hours to minimize overtime; review variances with managers.
• Coordinate HRIS onboarding/offboarding and new-hire training.
• Track attendance and payroll accuracy; document corrective actions.
• Participate in on-call rotation for weekends and multi-day shifts.
