Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Staffing Manager to support the Operating Director with scheduling, administrative tasks, and office operations. You will share on-call responsibilities and oversee caregiver management, recruitment, and onboarding to ensure excellent client service.

The role requires coordinating client and caregiver schedules, handling intakes, and maintaining compliance with state requirements while working in a fast-paced home care environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with a combination of education/experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources functions within an office setting.
• Valid drivers license
• Valid state required proof of auto insurance

Mansioni

• Caregiver Management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Scheduling: manage client and caregiver schedules via AxisCare.
• Recruiting: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: manage after-hours calls; one night per week and one weekend per month.
• General Office Support: support Operating Director with admin tasks.
• In-home Assessments: assist with intakes and client satisfaction.
• Client Care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: adhere to operating standards and state requirements.
