Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a skilled HR technology professional who understands HR and Payroll systems functionality and process configuration. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze issues, gather requirements, and design solutions that improve customer experiences across Enterprise areas.

You will develop, test, and deploy new features, support HR customers with process or system questions, and conduct user sessions to capture voice of customer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• 6 years equivalent experience in HR technology and processes.
• Master's degree preferred;Workday/Kronos/Salesforce/LMS experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure HR/Payroll applications and perform regression testing.
• Define capabilities with customer SMEs and manage requirements.
• Coordinate system upgrades, deployments, and change control.
• Provide production support and ensure timely delivery of changes.
• Conduct user experience sessions to identify improvements.
• Develop and deploy new features in update cycles.
