Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an HR Shared Services Analyst to serve as the critical link between HRIS, Payroll, and HR Support/Service Center. The role requires independent judgment to impact system configurations, payroll outcomes, and data integrity across multiple platforms.

You will partner with HRIS on testing, translate technical changes for non-technical stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in data flows and controls.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, payroll operations, or HR shared services.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP).
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex problems and determine solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical/system concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ticketing systems and cross-functional issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Serve as the senior point of resolution for system-level matters beyond HR Support and Payroll; identify recurring patterns and design systemic solutions.
• Change Management & Communication: Be the point of contact when HRIS changes occur; assess and communicate downstream impact to Payroll and HR Support; coordinate testing.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation Management: Triage and resolve tickets spanning HRIS, payroll, and HR support; act as tier-2 escalation for system-level troubleshooting.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain up-to-date process maps and SOPs describing data movement across systems; lead automation of handoffs.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate cross-functional reports; support audits requiring data flow and controls documentation.
