Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator in Independence, MO, to perform all-purpose duties and support the front office with tools, training and information. The role includes payroll and HR-related admin, and maintaining AR/AP and cash handling in line with Caliber standards.

The position emphasizes delivering a world-class customer experience, training on SOPs, and ensuring timely and accurate processing in a fast-paced center environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll (Preferred).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assist front office teammates with tools, training and information.
• Provide payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cash handling procedures to company standards.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience through consistent SOP adherence and training.
