Job summary

PHRST is seeking a capable manager to lead the Operations Team, oversee the Help Desk, and support cross-training for end users across state agencies, schools, and organizations. You will provide system analysis and HRIS consultation, resolve inquiries, and ensure data updates and regulatory compliance.

The role includes participating in system testing, developing training, and driving process improvements across statewide HRIS implementations to enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as an HRIS expert managing HR, Pension, Benefits, Payroll, or Time & Attendance functions.
• Two years' experience overseeing HRIS system training processes and recommending system enhancements.
• Two years' experience in information systems project management including planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• One year of staff supervision experience including planning, assigning, and evaluating work of others.
• One year of experience developing and evaluating HRIS policies or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Operations Team and Help Desk.
