Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop HRIS analysts while coordinating external AMS and vendor partners to ensure consistent, scalable service delivery
• Own production support for Workday and related HR systems, including incident management, root-cause analysis, and system stabilization
• Lead the HRIS enhancement lifecycle, aligning intake, prioritization, and delivery to the HRIS roadmap and HR functional needs
• Partner with HR COEs, HR leadership, HRBPs, IT, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into system solutions
• Manage semi-annual Workday releases, including impact assessment, testing, communications, and post-release stabilization
• Monitor data accuracy, system integrity, integrations, and downstream reporting through audits, controls, and reconciliations
• Oversee Workday security and access governance, including role design, access reviews, audit readiness, and SOX support
• Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the HR technology landscape

About the Role

The Manager, Workday HRIS will lead the day-to-day execution, support, and optimization of the organization’s HR technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday HCM. This role owns operational delivery, system stability, and ongoing enhancements across multiple Workday modules while partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence, IT, and business stakeholders. The position manages HRIS analysts and coordinates external AMS and vendor partners to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. The role also leads Workday release management, system governance, and data integrity efforts. This position reports to the Director of Total Rewards & HR Systems.

Compensation

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, annual bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience supporting and enhancing Workday HCM across multiple modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence)
• Experience leading production support, intake processes, requirements analysis, and system enhancements
• Prior experience managing or coordinating analysts and external vendors or AMS partners
• Experience supporting a global organization
