Job summary

Lozier Corporation in Omaha, NE, seeks a seasoned HRIS Manager to lead the HRIS strategy, governance, and delivery. You will manage the HRIS team, ensure data integrity, drive improvements, and partner with stakeholders on systems and analytics.

The role requires strong leadership, deep HRIS expertise, and a track record of successful implementations, upgrades, and secure data practices. Hybrid work model offered after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred in computer science, information systems, HR or related field.
• 7+ years of HRIS/HCM experience if degreed; 11+ years if non-degreed.
• At least 5 years leading HRIS administration, implementations, or large projects.
• Experience with HR technology implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HRIS team and oversee HRIS configuration, data governance, and security.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into HR tech solutions.
• Plan, execute, and govern HR technology projects and upgrades.
• Lead UAT, testing, and release management for system changes.
• Oversee HR data integrity, auditing, and governance controls.
• Provide HR reporting and analytics to enable informed decisions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on integrations.
