Job summary

Loews Hotels, LLC. is seeking a Director of HR Systems and Analytics to bridge HR, IT HRIS, and external partners, driving the Workday roadmap and governance. You will lead workforce analytics and adoption initiatives to support the people strategy and business outcomes.

The role requires building HR technology strategies, governance, and data-driven insights, collaborating with HR leadership and executives to optimize processes and employee experience across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, HR operations, people analytics, HRIS, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, capabilities, and HR business processes.
• Experience developing HR technology roadmaps and leading governance processes.
• Demonstrated success partnering with IT teams to deliver technology-enabled business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR business owner for Workday and the HR technology portfolio.
• Develop and govern a multi-year HR technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals and HR strategy.
• Establish governance processes for evaluating and prioritizing HR technology initiatives.
• Partner with HR leadership to identify opportunities to improve processes and employee experience through technology.
• Translate HR requirements into functional priorities for the IT HRIS team.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to balance priorities among HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, outcomes, and ROI of technology investments and report to executives.
• Stay informed on market trends and Workday innovations to improve capabilities.
