Carson Wealth in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking an HR technology leader to drive strategy, optimization, and ongoing evolution of HR systems. The role focuses on scalable self-service, streamlined processes, and governance that supports business growth and strong people practices.

You will own the HR technology roadmap, manage vendor relationships including UKG Pro, oversee integrations and automation, and deliver workforce reporting and analytics that empower managers and HR partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, information systems, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive HR technology or HRIS experience.
• Hands-on UKG Pro administration, configuration, and optimization.
• Experience configuring HRIS workflows, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations and vendor management.

Mansioni

• Own the HR technology strategy and roadmap to support growth and people practices.
• Lead vendor evaluations, selection, and partnerships with HR tech vendors.
• Oversee technology delivery, integrations, security, and self-service automation.
• Develop workforce reporting, dashboards, and governance standards.
• Advise Independent Channel firms on HR technology solutions.
• Perform other duties as needed by leadership.
