Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Director of HR Systems and Analytics to bridge HR, IT HRIS, and vendors, guiding governance, roadmap, and analytics. The role focuses on Workday ownership, adoption, and governance while delivering workforce insights to inform decisions.

The ideal candidate will drive HR technology strategy, partner with HR leadership, and lead data-driven initiatives to optimize organizational effectiveness across the U.S. and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR technology, HR operations, people analytics, HRIS, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, capabilities, and HR business processes.
• Experience developing HR technology roadmaps and leading governance processes.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled solutions with IT partners and stakeholders.
• Experience with workforce analytics, executive dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Excellent communication and executive influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own HR technology portfolio and Workday roadmap.
• Establish governance for HR technology initiatives and investments.
• Partner with HR leadership to prioritize enhancements and align with business goals.
• Lead governance, adoption, and change management for HR systems.
• Drive adoption and optimization of Workday across the organization.
• Develop and lead enterprise people analytics strategy and dashboards.
• Support data governance, reporting standards, and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and HR stakeholders to deliver solutions.
