Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Director of HR Systems and Analytics to bridge HR, IT HRIS, and external partners. You will own the Workday portfolio, shape the HR tech roadmap, and govern investments to support the people strategy while delivering workforce insights for data-driven decisions.

You will lead adoption, drive analytics, and collaborate with HR leadership to align technology with organizational goals and employee experience enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, HR operations, people analytics, HRIS, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience influencing cross‑functional teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, capabilities, and HR business processes.
• Experience developing HR technology roadmaps and leading governance processes.
• Demonstrated success partnering with IT teams to deliver technology-enabled business solutions.
• Experience developing workforce analytics, executive dashboards, and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR business owner for Workday and the HR technology portfolio.
• Develop, maintain, and govern a multi-year HR technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals, workforce priorities, and HR strategy.
• Establish governance processes for evaluating, prioritizing, and sequencing HR technology initiatives, enhancements, and investments.
• Lead governance and collaboration with HR leadership to improve processes and employee experience through technology.
• Translate HR requirements into functional priorities for IT HRIS team.
• Monitor roadmap progress and report outcomes to executive leadership.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of HR technology capabilities.
