Job summary

Planned Parenthood Mar Monte (PPMM) is seeking an HRIS Coordinator to support data entry in HRIS modules such as compensation, benefits, and payroll. The role requires auditing data for accuracy and managing employee forms to ensure timely HR processing.

The position involves working with UKG and KRONOS systems, contributing to HRIS upgrades, and generating reports while maintaining confidentiality. A fast-paced office environment and hybrid work setup are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HRIS experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Input data into HRIS modules including compensation, benefits, payroll, ensuring data accuracy through audits.
• Track incoming and outstanding employee forms and documents; follow up to ensure receipt by HR.
• Review new hire, termination, and data change forms for accuracy.
• Participate in HRIS upgrades and patches testing and implementation.
• Prepare customized reports by analyzing HR data and distributing reports.
