Job summary

Planned Parenthood Mar Monte is seeking an HRIS/HR data-entry professional to support HRIS modules including compensation, benefits, and payroll. The role requires meticulous data accuracy, audit rigor, and the ability to manage forms and documentation across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include generating reports, maintaining job descriptions, and contributing to HR audits, upgrades, and process documentation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HRIS experience and 2 years of HR experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Inputs data into HRIS modules including compensation, benefits, payroll, and verifies accuracy through audits and reports.
• Manage tracking of incoming and outstanding employee forms and documentation and follow up to ensure receipt by HR.
• Reviews new hire, termination, and data change forms for accuracy.
• Participates in review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades and patches.
• Prepares and assists with customized reports by selecting, analyzing, and summarizing internal HR data.
• Performs personnel and training file audits and assists in audits and accreditations.
• Updates and catalogs job descriptions and reflects current versions in HRIS.
• Supports development of user procedures and documents processes and results.
• Actively contribute to HR team goals by collaborating with team and problem solving.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
