• Inputs data into HRIS modules including compensation, benefits, payroll, and verifies data through audits and report generation.
• Manage tracking of incoming and outstanding employee forms and documentation and follow up to ensure receipt by HR.
• Reviews new hire, termination, and data change forms for accuracy.
• Participates in review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades and patches.
• Prepares and assists with customized reports by analyzing internal HR data and distributing reports.
• Performs personnel and training file audits and assists in audit preparations and accreditations.
• Updates and catalogs job descriptions in HRIS.
• Develops user procedures and documents processes and results.
• Contributes to HR team goals through collaboration and process improvement.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
