Job summary

Planned Parenthood Mar Monte (PPMM) is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our California health centers in a full-time hybrid role. You will build trusted relationships with center leaders, address employee needs, and drive workforce initiatives across multiple sites.

You will handle employee relations, investigations, performance management, and collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure compliant, effective people processes. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive HR experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or multisite environments.
• Experience coaching leaders, facilitating trainings, and supporting employee-engagement initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of HRIS/case-management platforms (UKG) and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with health-center leaders; understand priorities and workforce needs.
• Monitor turnover, attendance, performance, engagement, and exit trends; advise HR leadership.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on interviews for management roles.
• Support onboarding, separations, and coordinating with Payroll and HR Operations.
