Job summary

Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Data Governance & Change Control to ensure HR data accuracy, security, and governance across Workday and related systems. You will deliver reliable reporting, analytics, and maintain change control processes in partnership with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT.

You will drive data quality, privacy compliance, audits, and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle, coordinating testing, approvals, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• BS in HR, HRIS, IS, Business Admin, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in HRIS, HR Ops, HR Data Management, or related HR tech.
• Experience maintaining HR data integrity and governance standards.
• Experience delivering HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
• Experience administering HR governance, change control, testing coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across Workday and systems.
• Audit data integrity via validations and reconciliations.
• Develop and enforce HR data governance standards and docs.
• Investigate and resolve HR master data issues.
• Support HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
• Administer the Workday change control process.
• Coordinate testing, approvals, and change documentation.
• Maintain change control logs and audit records.
• Facilitate change review meetings and status updates.
• Ensure adherence to governance, testing, and change control processes.
• Coordinate UAT activities and testing documentation.
• Conduct post-implementation validation to confirm outcomes.
• Track and report on change requests and defects to leadership.
