Legend Biotech USA Inc. is seeking a Manager, Workday Compensation & Talent based in Bridgewater, NJ, to own Workday Core and Advanced Compensation and Talent modules.

You will lead configuration, testing, and releases while partnering with Compensation, Talent, HR, and HRIS to deliver scalable Workday solutions. This role drives optimization of compensation programs, performance management, and talent processes, balancing business needs with system controls, and ensuring audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Business, IS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HRIS/HR tech with 3+ years Workday Compensation & Talent config.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Compensation, Performance, and Talent modules.
• Experience with Workday releases, testing, and adoption.
• Ability to partner with HR and HRIS teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize Workday Core/Advanced Compensation and Talent modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead configuration for compensation plans, merit, bonuses, promotions.
• Lead performance management and talent processes, including reviews.
• Manage Workday releases, impact assessments, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure security, controls, and audit readiness.
