Job summary
Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, NJ, is seeking a Manager, Workday Compensation and Talent to own and optimize Workday Core and Advanced Compensation and Talent processes. You will lead configuration, testing, and releases, partnering with Compensation, Talent, HR, and HRIS to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
This role requires 5+ years in HRIS/HR tech, 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration, and strong Excel and analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions aligned with business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Workday Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent modules and related business processes.
- Partner with Compensation, Talent, HR, and HRIS leaders to translate business requirements and program strategy into scalable Workday solutions.
- Lead configuration and support for compensation plans, programs and cycles, including merit, bonus, promotions, adjustments, incentives, eligibility, guidelines, and other compensation processes.
- Lead configuration and support for Performance Management and Talent processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, talent reviews, succession, and development.
