Job summary

You will safeguard HR data integrity, build reliable reports, and partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to drive accuracy and compliance across the employee lifecycle. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HRIS or HR data management, plus advanced Excel skills and familiarity with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing data governance standards and controls.
• Experience maintaining HR data integrity, performing data audits.
• Experience delivering HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Experience administering HR governance processes including change control, testing coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations for employee data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data across Workday and other HR systems.
• Monitor data integrity through audits, validations, and reconciliations.
• Develop and enforce HR data governance standards and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve master data issues and discrepancies.
• Coordinate HR reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives.
• Administer Workday change control and testing coordination.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and audit requirements.
