Job summary

Legend Biotech, a leading biotech company, seeks an Associate Director, Workday Solutions in Bridgewater, NJ. You will shape the Workday strategy, govern HRIS, and drive secure, scalable solutions across Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and more.

You will lead a team of HRIS professionals, coordinate with HR, IT, and vendors, and ensure compliant, efficient HR processes while expanding Workday capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HRIS/HR systems experience with significant Workday experience.
• 5+ years leading Workday functional areas, implementations, or complex initiatives.
• Experience with Core HCM and multiple modules such as Payroll, Benefits, Time, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Performance, or Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday governance, security, controls, releases, and production support.
• Oversee implementation of new Workday modules and major enhancements.
• Manage delivery across HR, IT, consultants, Workday partners, and other vendors.
• Lead change and adoption for significant Workday initiatives.
• Lead and develop approximately five HRIS professionals with module ownership.
