Job summary

MorseLife Health System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Information Systems Coordinator to manage data entry and employee information systems across entities, and to provide data analysis through reports. You will support payroll, HR forms workflows, and HRIS maintenance while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

You will train staff on HR systems, lead mass updates, and produce routine turnover and performance reports to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources with internship experience in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll process and monthly reporting for assigned entities to ensure 100% data integrity across all electronic and paper systems.
• Maintain the HR Forms system with accurate workflows and forms and update workflows as org changes take place.
• Troubleshoot HRIS and other HR computer systems as needed.
• Provide reporting and analysis on employee data including turnover, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Conduct training for the HR team, supervisors, managers, and new employees on HR systems and payroll processes.
• Lead data maintenance projects in the HRIS system, including mass updates.
• Oversee maintenance of employee information and files, including uploading into E-Filing Software.
• Run file audits to ensure compliance and run monthly performance review and expiration reports.
