Cynosure, LLC. is seeking an HRIS Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our HRIS. You will work with HR and IT to optimize data usage, reporting, and system integrations, supporting payroll coordination and MIS efforts.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of HRIS experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a fulltime, on-site role with opportunities for process improvement and collaboration across

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Accounting or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HRIS experience.
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce preferred; strong MS Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage HRIS project and process improvement initiatives.
• Generate and maintain reports and queries for HR needs.
• Provide system training and user documentation.
• Be the point of contact for international users and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate integrations between HRIS and other systems.
