Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with internship experience.
• Experience managing HR information systems and payroll processes.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and auditing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll process and monthly reporting for assigned entities.
• Maintain HR Forms system with accurate workflows and forms.
• Troubleshoot HRIS and related HR computer systems.
• Provide reporting and analysis on employee data, turnover, and requests.
• Conduct training for HR team, supervisors, managers, and new employees.
• Lead HRIS data maintenance projects and mass updates.
• Maintain employee information and files in E-Filing software, run file audits.
• Run monthly performance and expiration reports; assist with other office duties.
