Job summary

MorseLife Health System is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new hires, transfers, and promotions at our West Palm Beach campus. You will serve as the main contact for onboarding status updates, ensuring compliance, timely communication, and smooth new-hire experiences.

You will maintain onboarding records, coordinate orientations, and support HR processes with strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or 6–12 months of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer service orientation.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages onboarding process for new hires, transfers, and promotions.
• Maintains onboarding tracking and provides weekly status updates.
• Ensures 100% compliance and timely communication with stakeholders.
• Schedules orientation and collects required documents and licenses.
• Processes onboarding-related screening invoices and administrative tasks.
