Job summary

MorseLife Health System, Inc. seeks an Onboarding Specialist to manage the full onboarding lifecycle, ensure compliance, and coordinate new-hire activity. You will act as the primary liaison for onboarding updates and support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the process.

The role requires a HR-related degree or relevant experience, strong communication, and meticulous organization. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; or 6-12 months of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manages the onboarding process to prepare and clear new hires for start date, including compliance processing and communication with recruiters.
• Maintains onboarding tracking spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and timely processing of all hires.
• Provides weekly status updates on all new hires and serves as primary contact for onboarding inquiries.
• Ensures 100% onboarding compliance; identifies issues and recommends best-practice solutions.
• Schedules onboarding appointments, collects paperwork, initiates background checks, and ensures required certifications.
• Assists with General Orientation sessions and onboarding readiness across teams.
