Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead Workday reporting and integrations during a strategic deployment. You will design and optimize complex reports, dashboards, and data workflows across HCM, Payroll, and Finance, while ensuring security and governance.

The role partners with HR, IT, and Finance to deliver reliable analytics and successful post-go-live support. You will own the full lifecycle of integrations from requirements through UAT, deployment, and ongoing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR, Business, Information Systems or related field preferred.
6+ years of hands-on Workday reporting and integrations development and support in production.
Knowledge of Workday security concepts and data privacy considerations.
Experience with EIB, XSLT, DT, Core Connectors, Studio, and Workday Web Services.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and more.
Develop and support inbound/outbound Workday integrations with vendors and systems.
Lead testing, UAT, and post-go-live support for reporting and integrations.
Ensure data quality, governance, and security across reporting outputs.
