Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to support the Workday implementation, focusing on Integrations and Reporting/Analytics. You will document requirements, test, validate data, create reports, and provide post-go-live support, partnering with HR, Finance, IT, and Training leaders to ensure seamless data integration and analytics.

This role emphasizes reporting, dashboards, and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on Workday reporting and integrations development in production.
• Proficiency with EIB, XSLT, DT, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio, and Workday Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and complex fields across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.
• Develop and support inbound/outbound integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and third-party vendors.
• Mentor report writers and analysts; participate in governance and best practices for reporting and integrations.
• Support biannual Workday releases with regression testing and updates.
