Job summary

ICU Medical is implementing Workday with focus on integrations and reporting/analytics. The HRIS/Workday team will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Training to capture requirements, validate data, and deliver scalable reporting solutions.

You will design and maintain complex Workday reports, build dashboards, and own integration lifecycles from requirements to post-production support, ensuring data privacy and security. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years of hands-on Workday reporting & integrations development in production.
Proficiency in EIB, XSLT, DT, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Workday Certification preferred.
Knowledge of Workday security concepts including domain and security policies.
Ability to create complex calculated fields and reports.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and complex calculated fields across modules.
Build reporting solutions accounting for Workday security impacts and audience scope.
Create and manage dashboards to deliver self-service analytics for HR leadership and COE partners.
Serve as escalation point for report defects, performance issues, and data interpretation questions.
Design, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, XSLT, Core Connectors, Studio, and APIs.
Own full integration lifecycle from requirements through post-production support and audits.
