Job summary

ICU Medical seeks a skilled Workday reporting and integrations specialist to drive design, development, and optimization of advanced Workday reports and integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and vendors.

You will partner with HRIS, IT and business leaders to ensure trusted data, scalable implementations, and timely post-go-live support while mentoring junior staff and improving analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on Workday reporting & integrations development in a production environment.
Proficiency in EIB, XSLT, DT, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Workday Security concepts including domain and business process security policies, security groups, ISU configuration.
Ability to create complex calculated fields and reports.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Talent and Payroll.
Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and third-party vendors.
Partner with Workday analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
Own the full integration lifecycle from requirements to post-production support.
Design and maintain custom reports for outbound integrations and data sources for web service-enabled reports.
