Job summary

Jam City is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and maintain our HR systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient reporting. You will gather requirements, test changes, and collaborate with the People Team to implement new functionality and resolve issues.

The role involves resolving HR technology cases, managing system enhancements, performing audits, and overseeing small-to-medium-scale projects while analyzing data flows for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience with in-depth knowledge of HR processes and policies.
• 3+ years of HRIS/HCM experience, preferably Workday; configuration and reporting development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of escalation for HR system errors or failures (Workday, direct access, data integration).
• Maintain documentation of HR system manuals with user-friendly, update-friendly approach.
• Propose efficiency and quality improvements across projects and daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Audit/Legal, Finance, and IT for data access reviews and audits.
• Gather data for external reporting such as EEO-1 and VETS 100; coordinate with audits.
• Maintain HCM settings including compensation data and org structure; document results.
• Serve as primary contact for data transmitted from HR via feeds and reporting (Workday, Lever, Okta).
• Act as a resource to HR staff for HR systems problems and data reporting solutions.
• Develop and maintain reports and queries for ongoing needs; ensure data integrity.
