Terry Reilly Health Services is seeking an HRIS/HR systems specialist to support and optimize HRIS platforms across the organization. You will administer HR systems, assist with projects, and provide end-user support while ensuring data accuracy and timely task completion.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR colleagues and stakeholders to align HRIS capabilities with organizational goals and policies, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in HR systems and databases or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and related software.
• 2+ years project management related to systems implementation and optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Interpersonal and technical support skills; familiar with HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and administer HR systems used by HR processes.
• Participate in HRIS optimization initiatives and project management.
• Provide end-user support and guide stakeholders in HRIS applications.
• Complete data entry, audits, and ensure information accuracy.
