Job summary

Trinity Health seeks a Systems Optimization Consultant to advance HR technology capabilities. You will troubleshoot, configure, test, and enable end users while partnering with HR Shared Services, TIS, and implementation partners to translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will support Workday modules (Help/Journeys), develop workflows, and maintain testing for new releases, driving improvements and change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HRIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting HR systems or enterprise technology in a shared services or complex environment.
• Experience owning end-to-end design processes, anticipating interdependencies, and coordinating timelines.
• Ability to consult with all levels of the organization to develop solutions.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and platforms like Workday or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support to Leadership in strategy implementation and operational services.
• Lead and oversee workstreams, ensuring processes and procedures are communicated and aligned.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, administration, and ongoing support for Workday modules (Workday Help and Journeys).
• Investigate and resolve system access and technical issues with TIS and external vendors.
• Develop testing scenarios, coordinate UAT, and ensure changes meet requirements and compliance.
• Contribute to technology strategy and roadmap for HR Shared Services.
