• Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
• Compiles complex data reports for senior executives and HR staff.
• Coordinates with HR leadership to liaise with external vendors for HRIS projects.
• Ensures compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Designs, runs, and distributes HR reporting.
• Coordinates and leads HR implementations of HR technologies.
• Maintains annual document requirements.
