Job summary

GEODIS in Brentwood, TN, USA is seeking an HRIS Analyst to maintain and optimize HRIS data, reports, and workflows across UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and Oracle HCM/Payroll.

You will develop queries and dashboards (Cognos), support system integrations, and ensure data security while guiding local admins through daily tasks and upgrades. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with cloud-based HRIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR data analytics or data management.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, UKG WFM, and Oracle HCM/Payroll.
• Strong Excel proficiency and MS Office.
• Knowledge of HR policies and data security.
• Ability to manage multiple HRIS projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Update and modify UKG Pro and WFM modules.
• Maintain system security and user access across systems.
• Support integrations with other systems and vendors.
• Develop queries, reports, and dashboards (Cognos).
• Assist with system upgrades and deployments.
• Provide end-user support and off-hours maintenance as needed.
• Conduct workflow reviews and recommend improvements.
