Job summary

Accosys in Olathe, KS is seeking a Functional Analyst HR to own HRIS operations for the Americas and to partner with HR and IT on rollout, integration, and ongoing optimization of our HRIS suite. The role emphasizes translating HR needs into practical technical solutions and serving as the primary HRIS contact globally.

The candidate will support Americas HRIS issues, analytics requests, and act as liaison with IT, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or HR Management or equivalent experience/certifications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HRIS environment, Workday and UKG preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure HRIS meets organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• First-line support in the Americas and escalations as needed.
• Support HR and business reporting requests using data analytics basics.
• Provide technical support and liaison between HR, IT, vendors and stakeholders on HRIS design and implementation.
• Oversee data governance, integrity, and security of HRIS data.
• Support global projects and implementation of Workday and UKG based on HR strategy and needs.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
• Document business and functional requirements and translate into specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate corporate needs into functional requirements.
