Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience with strategic focus.
• 5+ years supporting senior leaders in HRBP roles.
• Experience in the US and Canada.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing and corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the NAM HRBP team.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Drive talent management and succession planning.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
• Lead change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies.
• Govern HR programs and policies across NAM.
