Job summary

Based in Mill Hall, PA, the Workforce Support Specialist will deliver direct day-to-day HR support to both leaders and employees. The position involves managing HR procedures, policies, and programs for specific functions and sites within the US, with the possibility of cross-site support.

Reports to the region’s Workforce Support Manager. Work Location / Mode: On-site / Hybrid support model based out of Mill Hall, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR and labor relations principles.
• Proficient with digital case management and workflow tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to leaders and employees.
• Manage employee relations, policy inquiries, and case management.
• Assist with promotions, investigations, corrective actions, and restructurings.
• Coach leaders on HR processes and resources.
