Job summary

Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania seeks a Human Resource Analyst 3 in the Employee Relations and Workforce Support Division, District 8-0, to guide employee relations activities and assist managers through detailed problem solving and analysis. You will help resolve concerns and strengthen communication across the district.

The role offers telework up to 3 days per week, with work hours 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• One year as a Human Resource Analyst 2 or equivalent.
• Three years of analytical experience with two years in HR, and a bachelor's degree.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Interpret collective bargaining agreements and monitor consistent application.
• Coordinate fact-finding steps and review disciplinary needs.
• Prepare and present cases for committees and hearings.
• Gather details, evaluate concerns, and recommend actions per policy.
• Update systems, maintain records, and oversee postings.
• Schedule labor management meetings and record follow-up details.
