Job summary

Our client, a manufacturing company in Concordville, PA, is hiring an Human Resources Generalist to support their Corporate Headquarters office. In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for employees and managers across a range of HR disciplines, including recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, and training.

You will report to the HR Director for the Americas Region and collaborate with the local campus HR team to keep HR programs running

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience/certifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player who works well with others.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
• Help new hires get oriented and set up for success.
• Support wage and salary processes to ensure reviews happen on schedule.
• Field employee questions and concerns and help managers with policy guidance.
• Process FMLA, disability, and Workers’ Compensation claims; move benefits administration.
• Support training and development programs for new hires and current employees.
• Stay updated on local, state, and federal labor law basics.
• Assist campus HR team with day-to-day tasks.
