Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to be the single point of contact for client-facing HR transformation engagements. You will translate complex buyer requirements into structured, configurable solution offerings—bridging sales, delivery, and technology to bring market-leading HR services to life.

Role requires ability to travel 50% to clients and involves defining service scope, cost-to-deliver, and deployment of architecture capabilities across delivery teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, and/or Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years experience designing or improving HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured solution offerings, proposals, and work plans.
• Serve as the solution expert within the sales team and align on final terms.
• Design end-to-end delivery architecture in collaboration with service and product teams.
• Sponsor and lead initiatives to deploy new architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
• Interface with delivery organizations to ensure effective solution transition and cost-to-deliver.
• Ensure delivery architecture aligns with internal policies and market trends.
