Accenture seeks an HR Transformation Senior Manager to lead how organizations approach HR in the digital age. You will shape HR transformation strategies, blend traditional HR with AI technologies, and guide clients through operating model and service delivery redesigns.

Responsibilities include driving analytics, optimizing HR resources, and delivering measurable HR outcomes with a focus on stakeholder engagement and innovative technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years' leading large-scale HR transformation projects.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted senior client relationships and advise on HR operating models and transformation strategies.
• Develop and implement HR transformation strategies blending traditional HR with AI and automation.
• Design HR operating models and service delivery frameworks for client engagements.
