Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to act as the single point of contact for client-facing HR transformation engagements in the United States. You will translate complex buyer requirements into structured, configurable HR solution offerings—bridging sales, delivery, and technology to bring market-leading HR services to life.

Role involves travel up to 50% to client sites and requires proven leadership in delivering HR processes and systems using platforms like

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, or Talent Development.
Minimum of 3 years experience designing or improving HR processes.
Experience with HR transformation projects and enterprise platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate buyer requirements into structured HR solution offerings, proposals, and work plans.
Collaborate with sales to present offerings and align on final terms and conditions.
Design end-to-end delivery architecture and capabilities for HR services.
As a leader, sponsor and drive deployment of new HR architecture capabilities.
Ensure transition, governance, and cost-to-deliver are well defined.
Benchmark delivery against internal policies and market trends.
