Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting.
• 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• 2+ years leading HR reinvention programs.
• 1+ year applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics to HR.
• 1+ year experience in Consumer Goods & Services, Retail or Travel.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop HR reinvention strategies blending traditional HR with AI, GenAI, and automation.
• Leverage analytics to assess current HR operations and design future-state models with technology-driven solutions.
• Drive HR activity analysis and optimize resource allocation aligned with goals.
• Lead HR operating models and service delivery framework design.
• Enhance employee experience through personalization and engagement initiatives.
• Lead evaluation and selection of HR technologies including HRIS, AI tools.
• Stay updated on GenAI and emerging technologies for HR.
• Oversee HR operations, shared services, outsourcing and digital tooling integration.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR reinvention projects with cross-functional teams.
• Guide change management and stakeholder engagement across client organizations.
• Support business development with compelling proposals and client engagement.
• Foster practitioner development and contribute to thought leadership in HR reinvention.
