Accenture in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to translate complex buyer requirements into structured, configurable HR service offerings—bridging sales, delivery, and technology.

You will design end-to-end delivery architectures, lead deployments of HR transformation processes, and collaborate with global teams to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions while traveling up to 50% to client sites.

Formación

Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, and/or Talent Development.
Minimum 3 years designing or improving HR processes.

Responsabilidades

Translate buyer requirements into structured solution offerings, proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
Serve as the solution SME within the sales team and align on final terms and conditions.
Design end-to-end delivery architecture with Service Architects and Product Directors.
Sponsor and lead initiatives to roll out new architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
Interface with delivery organizations to ensure effective solution transition and cost-to-deliver.
Ensure delivery architecture conforms to internal policies and benchmarking.
Provide market-leading perspectives on emerging HR delivery trends.
